Some organizers generate the QR codes in advance for the event and share them with their generals.

Some organizers print the QR invitations generated by the generals and line them up at the event entrance. Players simply scan the code corresponding to their team.

The Game Master can also share only the generals’ invitations with all players—for example, having just blue generals and red generals across the teams is perfectly fine. This eliminates the need for additional invitations generated by the generals.
