After Setting Change, Alpha Box in Reboot Loop

I was changing settings on the back end and now my Ares box just reboots over and over. I never get to the mac address/ip screen so I can change anything. How do I hard reset the box so I can use it again.

Hi, just flash the box with the latest version from ares alpha site. All settings will be reset it to defaults and all should be ok.

How do I flash it if I cannot access the admin console? I cannot get it to stay up long enough to enter the code to access the admin interface.

Issue resolved. I'm an IT guy so I like my instructions idiot proof. Here's what I did in case someone needs step by step.
- Downloaded updated installer
- On Windows PC opened command prompt (Did not have to be admin)
- Plug USB from laptop directly to USB C port ON MOTHERBOARD of Ares ATB
- Changed directory to where I had the installer files
- Ran start.bat
- Turn Ares ATB on so USB can initiate a COMM port
- In Installer, click next to get past first screen
- If unit is on there should be one port option, Select that port, click next
- It should start upgrade, it's fast
- Last entry will say hard resetting, it doesn't actually say it's "done" so watch for your unit to reboot
- Close app
- You now have an updated firmware which is a clean wipe
