Unable To Join Event
I'm having a problem joining Events. After scanning the QR code for an Event the map for that Event is displayed, but the only things displayed on the map are a back arrow and a Close button at the bottom of the screen. Clicking either brings the user back to the "New Game", "Join Game", and "My Account" screen. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve. If you're the Game Master and created a new event through the website, make sure you're using the same player account on both the website and the mobile app.
If you're a player trying to join a game created by someone else, you need to scan the QR code generated on their phone—not the game QR code directly.
Understanding that the player generated QR code is the one to use to invite other players into the game, how is the game to be loaded by the first player to join if the game QR code is not used?
As a GM you're creating an event. You as a GM can generate QR codes for generals, medics, refs and GM assistants by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the bottom left corner and then "Invite".
The generals then have to generate QR codes for their company, platoon and squad leaders. And soldiers of course.
But you can't "start" inviting people without a GM!
