Gold/Silver option NOT WORKING

Hello,
in game are 3 teams, RED, BLUE and YELLOW (neutral)
if I select in Gold/Silver perk:
Points when it's scanned = 100
Team that gets points = RED
Teams that can scan perk: YELLOW
Output should be: YELLOW team scanned QR and RED team will recieve 100 points? = if that so, that is NOT WORKING =(
