Making some naming system for Squads. Could be set at the commander / GM level and then be populated by the players or could be determined by the squad leader.

 

From there then the individuals in the squad would have that designation before their username. That way it keeps everyone together better and people don't have to try and update their name / account to match. Could also have the role for the individual so commanders in the field know who they have where and what units are sticking together and what units need help more easily.
