EMP perk

With the EMP perk you can select which teams can scan the perk.
Is there a way to limit or choose which teams are affected the EMP when scanned, or is it all other enemy teams or nothing?

Scenario: In a multiple teams game, each team has their own comms tower they need to protect. I'd like to add an EMP QR code on each teams tower (one per team) so if any other team locates and scans the EMP QR it only affects that team who owns that tower, and not every other team at the same time.

Hello,
At the moment, the EMP affects all enemy teams. In the future, we are considering adding the ability to filter which teams are affected.
