Better web view
Hey guys,
We're using a TV with laptop to display the map and points for players and guests. In the AresAlpha App, the props are updating their location and color depending on what team is dominating. But in the web view, the location is fixed where I placed it on the map and also the color is not updating, just when refreshing the browser.
And I would love to have the ability to label the props in this game history so I can see, which prop on which position was captured.
Also thinking bigger for future bigger events, a touchscreen around 40" for each general in his HQ would be nice. But we can't really join the game with the web view, you can just watch. Is the App available maybe for smart TVs with touchscreen? Or do we have to work around with maybe a tablet and streaming the picture via WLAN to the TV?
And a last one: It would be nice if we could generate different viewer-links or QR codes wirh different rights. So e.g. one viewer-link provides all information about blue team and a second one about red team.

A fresh update for the web live event view is in the pipeline!
If you're setting up a digital HQ for each general, the best approach is using a tablet that streams to a 40" TV.Thinking of a 40" touchscreen? We've got you covered—just make sure your wallet's ready! 😄
Let me summarize and add a few things I would wish for the web version:
- Live updating position and color of prop-connected POIs
- Ability to label props in this game history
- different viewer links with different rights (e.g. viewer blue team, viewer red team)
- (It would be nice to have all the functions from the app on a web mode for TVs, especially for the generals in their HQs. But the workaround with a tablet would do it here I guess.)
- Player tags highscore list: Maybe possible as a pop-out so we can show it on a separate display?
