Pay (with points) during the event

Is there a way to take points away from just one team using the CYBER THIEF PERK?
Let me explain: we'd like to give in-game teams the opportunity to come to RACE CONTROL to purchase items with the points they accumulate during the event, but I don't think this option exists right now.
Correct?

If you want to just deduct points for one team, just do a Gold Bar / Silver Coin with negative value. When is scanned the total team points will decrease with the givven value.
