Quote from admin on December 10, 2025, 9:18 am✅ 2025 Highlights
2025 was an important year for Ares Alpha, with several major upgrades and new features released:
Upgraded Minibox Pro Launch – Featuring a full-color display and newly introduced game modes for enhanced gameplay.
NFC Player Wristbands – We introduced our new NFC wristbands along with dedicated game modes designed to work seamlessly with them.
Remote Box Control via App – Full remote control of the boxes is now available directly through the Ares Alpha mobile app, offering faster and more flexible game management.
- New manual - A detailed manual for all our electronic props.
🚀 2026 Development Roadmap
1. Bug Fixes
Thanks to the valuable feedback from our community, we have compiled a list of reported issues. Our objective is to resolve all known bugs before the start of the 2026 season.
2. New Game Modes in Development
Enhanced Respawn Mode – A much-requested update that will allow tracking of respawned players. We are currently evaluating whether this will be implemented via player tags, QR codes, or a combination of both.
Multi-Box Domination Mode – Control multiple boxes simultaneously to dominate an area. Teams will need to secure and hold several objectives to score points.
Multi-Team Bomb Mode – An extended bomb mode where each team will have its own unique arming code.
ATS Point Mode – A brand-new mode where the ATS unit will randomly change team colors at set intervals. Hits during these windows will either add or subtract points for the affected team.
🧩 Custom Game Modes (Concept Phase)
We are also exploring a new way to use the boxes: fully customizable game modes created by players. Our long-term vision is to offer the possibility to design custom game modes and share them through a dedicated online portal, allowing others to download and use them.
This concept is still in the early development stage and comes with significant technical challenges. One of our main priorities is to keep the creation process as simple and accessible as possible. If building custom games requires too many technical skills, it would not only limit accessibility for most users, but it would also lead to a high volume of support requests—something we want to avoid in order to keep our focus on development and innovation.
Finding the right balance between flexibility, simplicity, and reliability is essential. The idea of community-created and shared game modes is extremely exciting for us, and your feedback at this stage is more important than ever.
💬 Pricing Update
Since our launch in 2020, we have kept our pricing unchanged—despite the significant rise in component costs over the past five years. While we do not yet have an updated price list, we want to be transparent: maintaining the same prices in 2026 will unfortunately be almost impossible.
